Whenever there is cake to be had, a magazine editor isn’t far away… if the cake has a pic of a motorcycle on it then so much the better.
At the recent Westmorland scramble John Fleming grabbed the CDB editor and said come see Norrie’s birthday cake.
Norrie Pattie was instrumental in engineering John’s CZ which was our cover bike in issue 56.

The local supermarket does a cake printing service and Norrie’s birthday treat was sorted.
Through muffled mouthfuls of the tasty stuff we gather Norrie is 21ish…again.
