American Dream Bikes - Alan Cathcart

A fantastic coffee table book from Classic Racer’s own Alan Cathcart, American Dream Bikes has that magic formula that allows you to pick it up and put it down as time allows, like a good coffee table book should, and yet it is highly informative into the bargain.

Although all the motorcycles included aren’t racing machines that shouldn’t put off even the most obsessed racing fanatic. The ones that are though are unusual and ground breaking enough to make the £25 cover price a bargain.

Published by Parker House Publishing, American Dream Bikes is available from all good bookshops or online at www.bookdepository.co.uk or in the case of difficulty contact www.parkerhousepublishing.com

Sammy Miller - Motorcycle Legend - Mick Walker

That man Mick Walker has another winner on his hands with Sammy Miller - Motorcycle Legend. That word legend is often overused in our game, but if anyone deserves the tag it is Samuel Hamilton Miller.

With Sammy’s enthusiasm for life, and motorcycling in particular, that is undiminished with the passing of time, and with so many great stories to tell, the biggest challenge, even for someone with Mike Walker’s experience, must have been deciding what to include and what to leave out.

Sammy Miller - Motorcycle Legend costs a bargain £19.99, and is available from Mick Walker direct, all good booksellers, or in the case of difficulty contact DB Publishing at www.dbpublishing.co.uk
